We are pleased to have this new guitar from Seth Baccus for sale.
Some of you may know Seth from his time here with us at Manson's, he managed the store for many years before moving to Portugal to work with his step father Andy Manson. He is now hand building his own range of boutique electric instruments. Using only the finest tone woods and components, these guitars are of the highest quality, as you would expect from a Manson trained luthier !
Seth's style of building is influenced by his time at the store and his time spent on the road with Hugh Manson, John Paul Jones and Led Zeppelin. Having the opportunity to see and play many of the worlds finest guitars gives a great education.
His designs while unique are inevitably a little Manson influenced, sort of a homage to time spent with both Andy and Hugh.
These new guitars are a culmination of all these experiences and Seth's own creative vision of how to build the finest guitars possible.

This new double cutaway 390 exhibits the perfect blend of classic and original that will become synonymous with Seth's style. The lines flow, the shape looks just right and is very comfortable to play. The weight, the balance, the playability all feel really right.
The tone is rooted in the classic but with it's own voice. The pick ups are Bare Knuckle Super Massive P90's with a reverse wound middle pick up. They are crystal clear and hollow sounding with a warm bass and plenty of power.
The guitar also features a series parallel blend pot to give rich humbucking tones as well as the true P90's. This makes for a very versatile guitar that will cover a huge range of styles from sparkly cleans, classic bluesy P90's to screaming leads and tight articulate riffs.
